STRAIGHT TO THE SOLUTION

Steam → PUBG → Properties → General. Copy existing launch options into a text file.

Remove all launch options and restart PUBG. Do not replace them with another tuning list.

Repeat the same situation. If unchanged, undo ineffective tweaks and check the installation.

Are old Early Access parameters still recommended?

They can interfere with current builds. An empty launch-options field is a better baseline.
