STRAIGHT TO THE SOLUTION

Test the headset microphone in Windows. Check its mute switch and desktop-app microphone permission.

Review PUBG voice channel, volume and push-to-talk key. Make sure teammates are not muted.

Select the desired default device before launching. Restart PUBG after USB or Bluetooth changes.

Why can I hear gunshots but no voices?

Voice chat may use a different channel or device from game audio.
