Copy the character UID from your game profile and compare it with the ID used for redemption.

Use a valid code from the intended offer. Check spelling and any region or expiry conditions.

Check the correct account and intended delivery location. For successful redemption without delivery, retain UID and time for support.

Can I use my display name instead of UID?

No. UID redemption needs the character identification number.
