Check Family Sharing and your licence
- For the state described since 18 September 2026, Family Sharing is disabled for WARDOGS.
- Check whether the Steam account owns a licence. Local repairs cannot restore access through a disabled shared library.

Check Linux and Steam Deck support
- Linux and Proton are not officially supported in the described Early Access version.
- An earlier successful Proton launch does not guarantee current anti-cheat compatibility. Check current platform support before further changes.

Unexpected ban or refused access
- Restart the game and sign in again.
- If access is still blocked, submit a support ticket with your Steam ID, date, time zone and exact message. Do not try to bypass it using other accounts or shared licences.

Trace a missing balance
- Compare equipment purchases, deaths, vehicles and helicopters with your balance. Expensive lives can drain it quickly.
- For losses without an identifiable purchase or death, record before/after amounts, server, time and screenshots.
- Avoid cash and XP exploits. Report an unexplained loss in a ticket.

Prepare a complete ticket
- Include your Steam ID, server, exact message, time and steps already tried.
- Create DxDiag for technical problems. Review personal information before sharing and send the material directly to support.

Can reinstalling fix Family Sharing?
No. Reinstalling cannot restore a licence when sharing has been disabled for the game.
