  1. Open msinfo32. System Summary should show BIOS Mode UEFI and Secure Boot State On.
  2. Record any different values before changing firmware settings.

Check prerequisites

  1. Open tpm.msc and check readiness and specification version 2.0. Do not clear the TPM.
  2. EA also specifies GPT for the Windows drive. For Legacy/MBR, arrange a backup and the correct manufacturer instructions first.

Enable carefully and recheck

  1. Have your recovery key available if device encryption is active. Enable Secure Boot using instructions for your exact motherboard.
  2. After restarting, check msinfo32 again and test the game. Contact the manufacturer if the state is Unsupported.
