Identify the quest

  1. Record the full quest name and pending objective. Confirm it is a Greymane faction quest.

Switch characters

  1. When the game allows it, switch to Kliff. Return to the objective and retry the next interaction.

Verify progress

  1. Check whether the quest log updates. Create a separate save if possible before further experiments.

If Kliff also fails

  1. Restart the session once and review quest prerequisites. Report the objective, character and build if it remains blocked.
