STRAIGHT TO THE SOLUTION

01

Pause launching

  1. Close Requiem on the other PC and do not continue on the new device. Note when and where you last played the desired progress.
02

Identify the versions

  1. Compare conflict details with that session. Choose only the clearly matching version; if unclear, cancel and establish the state on the original PC.
03

Complete synchronisation

  1. Let Steam sync after your informed choice. Open the load menu first and check the expected slot before continuing play.
04

Respect platform boundaries

  1. Do not expect a console save to transfer into Steam: Capcom does not list cross-platform saves. Contact support with the device sequence if data is missing.

Frequently asked questions

Can Steam Support definitely recover lost data?

No. Valve does not guarantee recovery of lost saves; choosing correctly before overwriting matters.
