  1. Check which Steam account owns the edition or add-on. Match its product description to the specific missing item.

  1. Under Properties → DLC, check whether the relevant item is installed if listed. Wait for downloads and restart.

  1. Costumes, skins and similar options are under Main Menu → Bonuses → Bonus Settings. For charms, also inspect inventory and item/supply boxes.
