Record the failure stage

  1. Launch once from your library. Record whether you see no window, a brief splash screen or a loading screen.

Repair the installation

  1. Steam: Properties → Installed Files → Verify integrity. Epic: Library → three dots → Manage → Verify. Let downloads finish.

Compare a clean launch

  1. Copy any custom launch arguments, then temporarily remove them. Restart the PC and open only the launcher and game.

Classify the result

  1. If the menu works but one save does not load, try another existing slot. Otherwise report the startup stage, version and error to Pearl Abyss.
